1. Estimated Delivery Timeline

This Product is expected to be delivered within approximately twelve months of your order, pending manufacturing and sourcing. However, this estimated timeframe is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain delays, manufacturing issues, or regulatory approvals. Spiramenta will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any changes to the delivery schedule.

2. Payment & Refunds

A pre-order does not require a deposit.

3. No Guarantees

This Product has not yet been released, tested, or certified. Due to the wide range of sizes in the market, these pre-orders will serve only 10" x 6" sizes for ceiling or wall applications. Specifications, features, and performance may change before final production. Spiramenta does not guarantee specific features, availability, or final design at the time of pre-order.

4. Limitation of Liability

Spiramenta shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or inability to fulfill the pre-order due to factors beyond its control. Spiramenta is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from delays or modifications to the Product.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Approvals

The Product may be subject to regulatory approvals or compliance requirements. By pre-ordering, the customer acknowledges that delays may arise if additional approvals are required before shipment.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Spiramenta reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
